A major mistake in phone accessories
I have both 710 and 720 and when I want to use them they have been great. However, the "brilliant" Plantronics engineers don't seem to realize that users can use other headsets as well, and it's a huge pain to see the 710 and 720 replacing my phone from other Bluetooth devices. Incredibly frustrating and just plain stupid technology. I've been trying to find a solution to this problem for months.
