I needed to replace my headset for a job my cat ruined. I bought it for the price at Revain. It was about $30 cheaper than other places. It works better than the one I got from work and it was the same set. I highly recommend this product.

I've been using this headset for more than a year and I have no complaints. It has been very reliable for me and no real problems. I use this headset with Microsoft Lync 2013 and it just works. I've also used it with Go to Meeting and WebEx with no problems.

What a joke. This device worked for 3 months, and then the sound began to creak. Plantronics replaced it but didn't pay the shipping costs. Ridiculous. This is a $90 headset, not a cheap device. The machine is outdated and Plantronics doesn't care about its customers. Look elsewhere if you don't want a headache.

I have both 710 and 720 and when I want to use them they have been great. However, the "brilliant" Plantronics engineers don't seem to realize that users can use other headsets as well, and it's a huge pain to see the 710 and 720 replacing my phone from other Bluetooth devices. Incredibly frustrating and just plain stupid technology. I've been trying to find a solution to this problem for months.

I have had Plantronics headsets in the past and they have always been excellent and well worth the extra money. I would return this item if I could, but my "refund window" seems to have expired 3 days after shipping. Wired controls are uncomfortable and distracting - when upside down and when off. Wanted such a headset. It had the features I was looking for, with Bluetooth and USB connectivity. It just didn't cut it in execution. Pros: - Features: USB and Bluetooth connectivity in one on-ear headset. Cons: - Sound quality. There was more noise and crackling on my end.
