After using the usual cheap spatula I actually laughed when I opened the packaging. But after the first use. uuuuuu! I will NEVER go back to those little baby paddles that make you dig for poop like a kid who lost a toy in the sandpit. A slight shake or two (rather than waiting...and waiting...and waiting for the gravel to go back into the crate) and you might be able to get out of that nasty crate! Saves me about 40 seconds to visit the tray. It doesn't sound like much, but at 40 seconds it smells dusty like cat feces. it's definitely worth it. I've used it with Ococat wood spatula and it works great! It's also VERY comfortable to hold and easy to use!
