Extremely confusing and difficult to use
I bought this unit because it should help diagnose more problems with my Toyota. Unfortunately it took many hours to get everything working. The software fiasco is a complete mess. Sometimes the keycodes work, sometimes they don't. Sometimes the device connects and sometimes it doesn't. This is a really hot mess of a product. The device itself looks good, but the lack of instructions coupled with slow support makes it unusable. I come back.
