I ordered this charger after losing my Acer and being stranded. Works perfectly, charges the laptop at a decent speed. But the second part of the cable (with a connector) constantly falls out of the block (I don't know the name). This usually happens when the charger is on the floor and I pick it up a little "too" quickly. I can usually just put it back in that box. But it's annoying. The official Acer charger is only $2 more and includes a grounding plug. It's on their website. I would just take it.
