THIS WAS USED AND DIRTY

I've heard similar things happen to other people but this has happened to me. I just opened it up and turned it on. I couldn't figure out why the battery sounded dead. I looked inside and found this! Goes in the trash. I only choose 1 star because I have to decide on something. Nothing is an option.
