Nothing in the description is correct
1) Not suitable for 150cc scooters. It only fits on the wings, not on the ground. 2) It is not waterproof. There are tiny holes for ventilation 3) It's not 5 layers, it's just 2.4) There's no fleece lining, like polyester, but definitely not soft.
