Two for the price of one. Both work great for a speaker. I was told that my audio was being muted by others receiving my broadcasts. If you use them, you may need to adjust the microphone gain in the radio settings. I haven't had a chance to set it up yet, but I suspect it has. This is very useful when I'm going off-road and don't want to keep my HT. It also allows you to strap your HT to your belt and clip it to your shirt while walking around with your HT, although it makes you look like a cop. LAUGH OUT LOUD.
