Built in Microphone and Speaker - with spring clip on the backside. Communicate with ease with the two easily accessible buttons. There is a headphone out port on the mic for an earpiece, and it will cut the audio from the speaker when properly inserted. There is a red transmit LED on the face. The clip on the back rotates to help you position your mic. These mics will clip to our backpack straps at our shoulder or in front for easy access and convenient communications. It is also easier to use these mics while in the car with your handy-talkies. The radio can stay in the cup holder while you use the mic. Speaker is super high quality, you can hear clearly and be heard clearly. Clip holds on tight and will not fall off randomly. Cord is strong and coil allows for good flexibility and reach. The have compatible with a separate 3.5mm audio plug. For those of you who want to have it as a microphone but don't want your party's voice to be hear out loud around you, it can be a nice accessory.

Didn't expect quality for the price!

My old mic broke so I took a chance and bought these. The volume and clarity are amazing, especially for the price I paid for it. They're very well built and apart from a few light scratches they've gotten me bottomed several times. Celebration! I would recommend anyone in doubt to buy them. They are worth more than what you will pay for them.

Great addition to Baofeng walkie-talkies!

Very good speaker microphones! They are light but very durable. I bought walkie talkies for my elderly parents from their farm and they work amazingly well. One of my parents has a hearing problem and this speaker/mic would be closer to his ear and should help a lot. The sound quality is very good even over the hill and through the trees when we go fishing up the river. Just remember to pause before speaking, he'll be late. I highly recommend these speaker mics as well as the Baofeng walkie…

Works great but sound quality may depend on radio configuration

Two for the price of one. Both work great for a speaker. I was told that my audio was being muted by others receiving my broadcasts. If you use them, you may need to adjust the microphone gain in the radio settings. I haven't had a chance to set it up yet, but I suspect it has. This is very useful when I'm going off-road and don't want to keep my HT. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

These are 2 packs and both had the same problem. While they appeared to work right out of the box, they didn't work when using the included headphone jack. It's like you've never plugged in a headset/speaker. The speaker continued to work, but the listener was dead. It should be like that when you plug it in, it mutes the speaker and redirects the sound to the speaker. Anyway, I took one apart and found the ear jack wasn't plugged in and the sound just went straight to the speaker. There was no
