I liked the price of this pannier. As some have noted it's a little soft but doesn't quite flatten out when empty, it's just a tad less stiff than some of the more expensive bags. The internal heated insert gives it an acceptable rigidity. I put water bottles and some ice packs in it and it keeps you cold all day. What I don't like is that it only has 2 tapes. I thread the straps under the shelf, go to the other side, and fold over the Velcro to secure it. The problem is that the velcro snaps under the post, usually in the wrong place, and prevents me from pulling the strap tight against the post so there is some slack when attaching. Most of the time the rack stays in play, but sometimes the bag falls on its side as if it's about to slide off the rack. Another issue with the design is that it takes a bit of effort to remove the bag; To loosen the straps you have to get your fingers under the post and try to loosen the Velcro inch by inch. Depending on how much space there is between the trunk and the wheels or fenders, it can be tight and awkward to manipulate and undo the straps for removal. But I was in a hurry to get the bag and it was delivered quickly and for the price I can't really complain. The photo shows an empty bag.
