Review on PROLOSO by Michael Luna

As a consumer who patronizes PROLOSO, I was dismayed to discover that the products the company sells are of an extremely low standard. The party supplies and favors that I purchased were made of cheap materials and had a flimsy appearance. The toys and games were also of poor quality and appeared to be imitations of superior products already available on the market. In addition to this, I was aggravated by the fact that their customer support team did not respond to my inquiries. I tried reaching out via email and by phone on numerous occasions, but I never received a response. It was abundantly obvious that they had no interest in addressing my concerns or providing any kind of resolution to the problem. Taking everything into consideration, I do not encourage doing business with PROLOSO. It is not worth the trouble to deal with them because neither their products nor their customer support are very good.
