I really like this product. I work for a company that bought one of these vacuums about 10 years ago. And that head is the one it came with. They used to have a curved vacuum wand. Due to the bend in the stock and the bend in the swivel head, the head will not lie flat on the ground unless you lift the handle high enough. So for this to work properly I need to find some kind of 90 degree converter. So if you have a Hoover backpack vacuum system, it comes with a piece to attach your head to. But you still need 90 to get between them. Or another Pole vacuum pen. At the same time the head, although it works perfectly.
