There's a bunch of plastic in the middle of the boot where it meets the curve of your heel, which will only irritate you. The insole of the shoe offers zero support. It feels like it was designed for people with flat feet who still don't like comfort. Someone would have to rip out that cheap insole and put in their own. I ordered 10.5 and my feet are 10.5, my toes are 2mm from the top of the shoe so they are true to size and not 1/4" like standard shoes. If you are a runner or runner I guess "that the rubber on a shoe lasts 50 miles before the rubber becomes a safety issue. The bottom of the shoe has holes all over it. There's no spring, no rebound, just hardened plastic. They look good, breathe good, I hope I spent no more than $29 on these shoes, as it is a value I would feel like it is.
