Looks good but leaves something to be desired

Looks good and doesn't itch the forehead. My biggest issue is the ease of setup. Because the velcro goes through it's hard to adjust and you have to pull it over your head instead of around it, which is slow and annoying. The velcro keeps getting caught in my hair and it hurts! I want them to do an open/close closure with a velcro loop at the bottom.
