A friend gave me 100W Sony 3-way speakers and a 150W passive subwoofer; every 6 ohms. I bought this product expecting to get decent sound for my garage, but in the end it delivered much higher quality and performance than I expected. I had a 19V 3.5A power supply from a laptop that fitted perfectly. It's important to have a decent power supply if you want good quality and performance, so an old laptop power supply is perfect. If the end doesn't fit the device, no problem, simply cut it off and fasten it with the screw terminals. The only thing missing is a balance control. It doesn't matter if you use it in the garage like me, but it can be an inconvenience if you want to use it in front of a screen and can't find the optimal speaker position. I highly recommend this product for use in dorm rooms, bedrooms, garages, etc. However, it is powerful and clean enough to use in any application. Just remember that you need a PASSIVE subwoofer, not an active one.
