Review on Lita by Chris Wade

I can interact directly from my messenger, WhatsApp or Slack to manage tasks in real time without leaving an email address! The interface of this tool seems complicated at first but it's very intuitive once you know how everything works :) It makes life easier for me when working remotely because i don't have any way (or enough energy)to go into different websites every day looking through all their features before choosing one :). For now there isn´t anything special about your application; all functions are ok as they should be so far if not better than other tools like Intercom ;) Good luck! I like that it is a great way to interact with customers and to see what they are looking for. It is also easy to use and navigate through the chat.
