The ability to track our performance against goals easily by providing us with daily updates into each employee's monthly targets is brilliant! I do wish there were more options for employees when they're given their weekly target vs actual week number (e.g., showing 2 weeks behind). This has been very effective over time at helping my leadership see where improvements are needed so that it doesn't appear like things aren’t going ok without proper feedback/feedforward - which was an issue previously within this department but no longer apparent now since tracking individual KPIs via Airtable makes sure management stays aware every step along way rather than simply hearing what happened before being told about any issues arising etc.? The ease in which they understood our requirements, their ability to deliver what was required at an exceptional level, I would highly recommend them for any BI/Data Warehousing project that requires expertise - it doesn't get much better than this! They were able to understand my complex needs and delivered exactly what I needed with minimal fuss.
