Not as intuitive or user friendly, difficult setup process and high costs

The most useful aspect is that it automatically uploads reports to our CRM system so they are always available for us when needed! It has gotten better over time but sometimes there's an issue with sending emails back out if something went wrong during uploading etc., which causes problems down stream (reports not being sent). In addition this tool was very expensive compared other tools I looked at - however now seems more reasonable than previous pricing offered by others in its class- still

  • User friendly interface & format.
  • Report creation / editing capabilities easy enough even via non tech users or staffers who aren’t familiar w coding as long you can follow instructions provided from admin end user assistance team upon logging into their page, then once your set up all should be good after completing first few steps..but again no simple way around getting things right initially..no matter how careful we take notes before going through

Excellent Data Analytics & Reporting Consultants

The ability to track our performance against goals easily by providing us with daily updates into each employee's monthly targets is brilliant! I do wish there were more options for employees when they're given their weekly target vs actual week number (e.g., showing 2 weeks behind). This has been very effective over time at helping my leadership see where improvements are needed so that it doesn't appear like things aren’t going ok without proper feedback/feedforward - which was an issue…

  • Some of the functionality can be overwhelming at first take your time if you're not familiar with the platform
