The most useful aspect is that it automatically uploads reports to our CRM system so they are always available for us when needed! It has gotten better over time but sometimes there's an issue with sending emails back out if something went wrong during uploading etc., which causes problems down stream (reports not being sent).
In addition this tool was very expensive compared other tools I looked at - however now seems more reasonable than previous pricing offered by others in its class- still too much considering needs/benefits involved though. Reporting functionality within one software vs multiple different platforms required additional workarounds since some report formats don't play well together nor do certain functions like date formatting across various systems used internally without customizations.
