It is as described. Helps a lot with mobility
Everything as described. I needed something that would help me move easily from screen to screen. It worked. It can be moved up or down, and with the ability to tilt and swivel, it's easy to position it where you want it. It wasn't difficult to put together either. They provided everything necessary for this. Overall very happy with the purchase.
