Review on 🎧 Enhanced Noise-Canceling Phone Headset – Plantronics M214C, Over-The-Head, in Sleek Black (69056-16) by Jason Havens

This is a replacement headset for the same model. I was very happy with the original headset. The reason for the replacement - the ear pads began to fall apart. Unfortunately this headset is defective as all my phone calls make noise when I turn on the sound. I can get a replacement, but I have to pay for the return shipping cost of an originally defective product. I'm considering replacing the ear pad and using it on my old headset rather than spending more money. Update December 1st 2017 Plantronics sent me a replacement headset but it has the exact same issue. Brings noise to the line when the sound is on. I just changed the ear pads and am back to using my old headset which doesn't add any noise when making calls.
