I bought this timer about six months ago and have had no problems with it. til today. I noticed my $5.50 timer making a grinding noise. Well I thought you get what you pay for. Next time I'll spend more money to hopefully get a better/longer lasting product. case is closed?. NO. On a whim I contacted their support team and was equally surprised and delighted that they were willing to send me a new brandy timer (free of charge) to replace the noise timer. Other companies are taking note and following this amazing company and their excellent customer service. They treated me like I had a problem with my Ferrari. I'm talking about that level of support. Hey this is a $5 timer with $100 timer support. You get what you pay for. And sometimes even MORE.
