1. Missing screw2. The bottom "disk" screw snapped off, but it's internal so I can't fix it3. The bed pillow doesn't fill the whole bed (too small) 4. The top 'branches' slide inwards and are very weak/flexible5. The "Tunnel" is only 6 inches long (smaller than I expected) 6. The screws that attach through the bottom panel are not flat headed and not recessed so they break the bottom. The instruction shows that it is assembled differently. I just traced the picture on the Revain computer. To be honest I have a kitty so if all the parts worked I would leave it for now - but can't without a hard drive and tunnel attached!? .
