This remote works perfectly with my 7 year old Samsung soundbar, but after only a few weeks of use the mute button has become less sensitive to touch and therefore requires more 'clicks' to get a response. I suspect the original remote used higher quality components.
- We sold a replacement IR (Infrared) Remote Control, no software required, just a new battery will work fine.
