Review on EBC Brakes GD7104 Dimpled Slotted by Kantrel Tunstill

Worth every penny. - rotors

I received them in record time. Well packaged so as not to damage each other in transit. I installed them on the car and did the first drive to make sure they are incredibly stable. Although I haven't done a 1,000 mile break-in or "break-in" as the EBC instructions state, they have now been on for 3 days after installation. Despite the slight storm and hot hot days, these brakes are really great. Consistently, bite when you need it. They look great through my wheels and there is almost no noise when braking. I had to brake quickly on the Autobahn a couple of times today and was really impressed by how quickly these rotors slowed the car down and stayed stable after warming up. They're brand new and haven't slept yet. Just everything I was looking for. I have the same rotors on my Sleeper Altima 98. After you sleep, you can count on these rotors to stop you like a brick wall. Make no mistake with EBC. *Edit* Update. I've had these discs on my 2003 Eclipse for a few weeks now. I had a chance to really hit those brakes. They don't fade under hard braking and now that they have a bed it's fantastic. They take a little more pedal effort to stop when cold than when warm, but I also use carbon ceramic pads, which contributes to this effect. Fantastic brakes for both road use and daytime braking. I have no complaints about this set of brake discs. I don't use EBC brake pads yet. I will check them as soon as I receive them.
