Very comfortable to hold. It works very well, the menu is very intuitive and easy to scroll. I used it straight out of the box on my Range Rover and removed the check engine light because my timing belt was bad. The scanner's buttons feel comfortable because they are covered with rubber. The scanner also has a rubber coating so it feels soft in your hand. It definitely looks like a quality scanner. I love it and am very impressed so far. For the money I recommend I think it's good value for money.
