without instructions. I didn't watch the video on the line, who knew there was a guide coming. There should be an insert telling you to watch the online video AND THERE SHOULD BE PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS - COME NOW. it took 4 times to assemble and disassemble the part, then it ripped on the tabs of the insert, now it wobbles. The ladder cannot go at the end, it must go first. very deceptive. All the different parts have an order and a direction in which they should move. even they are all the same.
