These chargers will NOT replace my phone when my Samsung S9 phone is completely dead. For example, when the phone is low and you connect it to the charger, the battery cannot charge the phone and the message "The charger is not compatible with this device" appears. I have NEVER seen this before. However, it does charge my phone when the battery is left. I have OTHER factory chargers with no problems. I would not buy again. And I did an exchange and these do the same thing so it wasn't a bad batch of cards it was a bad product across the board.
