Instructions would be nice

Real instructions would be nice. I figured they would work by tying the inner chambers together to float down the river. We tried to find some YouTube videos that work and combine these things but we couldn't so we tried our best. Most of the straps came undone and all these pipes were floating in the river and our boys were trying to get their pipes out. And they said refer to the pictures. I think we might not be very smart, but the pictures didn't tell us much about how to attach the straps.
