Don't buy this. This is definitely dangerous and can lead to a fire. I will never buy this garbage again. It doesn't fit into the 12V socket so it doesn't get hot. I was driving down the freeway and the assembly fell apart and the heating element itself fell to the bottom of the connector and started overheating. Of course I'm driving, so I didn't really notice until I pulled into the exit ramp and smelled a horrible smell of burning. Then it almost melted into the plug and I had to get a pair of pliers and pull it out. I'm angry because 1) I love this machine and 2) I'll probably have to replace the 12 volt box which will require additional unnecessary work. While this might be a nice addition, save yourself the headache and don't buy this.
