I have a very small dining room and wanted to refresh it with a new light fixture that looks nice but doesn't take up as much space (my old light fixture was on a chain and was the shortest length was still 25 inches). It fit perfectly, was affordable and still looked very pretty. I used some transparent LEDs in it because my old regular LED lightbulbs looked awful. The new lamps have really improved them. I was tempted to put one of these in my spare bedroom to replace the built in fixture that is currently there. It's a little tedious to assemble all the brackets, but it's pretty easy. It really helps to have an extra pair of hands during installation.
