Definitely needed. and little used. Damned!
Received the box today half opened and all crumpled up looking like a used box. I opened it, the speakers are all scratched, not small in some places. They looked more than used. Dirt in the speaker area, the bolts scraping the edges of the nuts like someone was trying to tighten and loosen them with pliers. I read a lot of reviews and thought it was worth it. But the state they arrived in is unacceptable at best.
