This is a great ball to sit on while working or doing school work. I got this for my son to try because we are now doing at home schooling and of course all he wants to do is bounce on it. But he has ADHD so this actually helps him stay a little more focus, he can bounce and get his wiggles out while also working. He doesn't use this every time he does school work, but occasionally. He also likes to use it to play video games on. I have also used it while sitting at my desk working, if you remember to move it can be a great little workout for you while still being productive. I did about 10 minutes or less must bouncing engaging my legs and the next day it felt like I had done a whole session of leg day!
