We were very impressed with the quality of this item. Very nice and great fabric. Size wise we ordered a medium size and found the briefs would fit a man with a 28-33 waist. They are stretchy with a drawstring so there is some flexibility. It is not suitable for women with wider hips. Length about 30-32. If your inseam is a 33, a medium size may still work, but it will fit your running shoes. The jacket is comparable to an oversized American men's jacket, which suits a medium-sized man if he has broad shoulders or likes loose jackets. Mid-length sleeves. Something to note: Current sizing listed is comparable to US sizing. The material we ordered has a label that says 2X (Chinese size XXL). So if you're generally a tall American man, you should probably order the men's plus size and expect to get a Chinese 3X. The jacket can be a little roomier, but still suitable.
