What I learn after buying Samsung products is that they are very busy developing new technologies with specifications superior to their competitors, but that's where it ends. Samsung products are not of high quality and fail quickly. I've been calling Samsung technicians endlessly and the customer support is very dysfunctional. They frustrate you until you give up. Samsung doesn't even make halfway decent attempts to offer after-sales support and service. All those fancy specs and innovations are useless if the customer doesn't have a working product. Focus on product longevity, not an endless rat race to increase performance.
