The power button doesn't work, it takes about 30 minutes for the screen to show up at all, and sometimes it doesn't show up at all. I would advise anyone trying to buy a monitor not to buy this one, it sucks.

What I learn after buying Samsung products is that they are very busy developing new technologies with specifications superior to their competitors, but that's where it ends. Samsung products are not of high quality and fail quickly. I've been calling Samsung technicians endlessly and the customer support is very dysfunctional. They frustrate you until you give up. I bought this monitor to test how a website I work on responds to large screens and also to use it when working on my Raspberry Pi. I like it but thought the photo was misleading. It's sharp and I set it to the highest resolution with no problems.

This is being returned out of the box due to the simple fact that it doesn't immediately attach to a VESA mount. I won't spend $50 on an adapter to install this.

This is great value for money, I really like it, it has made working from home a lot easier and has been a boon for gaming by the way. I'm seriously considering getting a second one so I can fully immerse myself in Arrowcave.

I just received the monitor earlier this week and so far it is working as expected. The description of the monitor is pretty clear for a new monitor, but I received a refurbished monitor.

After a few months of normal use, the monitor stopped working. I've been trying to contact the seller about the product warranty for a few weeks, but he doesn't respond to any messages. I definitely do not recommend buying from this seller.

Do you want to be angry? The monitor's power cord on the back keeps getting disconnected. I even put a sticker on it to try and keep it plugged in and it doesn't help! It doesn't connect directly to the monitor but to the plugin, a major design flaw. I can't fit a plastic panel on the back as it has to be constantly removed to replace the cable. Implemented today after purchasing a sit/stand desk, it cannot be placed on a desktop monitor mount. Avoid this monitor.

I ordered one of these monitors because I already had the exact same one and wanted the other to be the same. The one I already had was an excellent monitor with excellent resolution and amazing anti-glare properties. I thought finding this model refurbished at Revain was what I was looking for as they are hard to find. As of January 2020, this was the ONLY monitor that combined: - 4K - Curved - 32 inch - White. It doesn't have speakers, but it does have a jack. Looks fantastic and works well.

I like the quality of the pictures. I have two monitors of this model, one is white and the other is black. White has constant problems with the display port connector on the monitor itself, you have to manually plug the cable into the connector. I don't want to replace it because it's too problematic to send back.

Three months later, the monitor started having problems with flickering green horizontal bars. Six months later, the monitor would not turn on at all.

Tried to return the first one due to a broken HDMI connector. They sent another one, also defective. I have now returned both to get my money back. Don't waste your money and time on this.

The repair is of poor quality as the monitor didn't even last 6 months. The seller (dealparade) denies any responsibility for the product and is not helpful at all. Considering that this product is expensive ($350+), I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the support of the product and advise everyone to stay away from this seller.

I received this monitor a day earlier than expected. Comes with its own cable and power supply. I hooked it up to my MSI laptop with a built in NVidia 2070 card and now I have a 1920 x 1080 laptop monitor and this 4K beauty. The 4K monitor is great for work. Its sharpness and customizable colors. Games like Assassin's Creed (which capped at 60Hz) looked phenomenal. I'm not sure how this works with other games that require a faster update. The colors are crisp and it's fantastic when you have it
