I will start with a positive about the seller. They were good about communication and getting the refund back. As far as the product goes the one I received was very cheaply made. The base really had no color. I was expecting it to be like the pictures. As far as how it functions. I didn’t get that far because I was so disappointed in the look of it. I immediately sent it back. Now the most frustrating thing was the cost of shipping it back. I attached the picture. It was $18.20! I could hardly believe it and honestly the quality of the fountain is maybe $20. I really don’t like leaving a bad review. But this was my experience so I felt I had to share it.
