Review on SliQTools by Michael Moulton
I am using the free version, and the system has been amazing.
It takes care of most of the administrative tasks so I don't have to worry about writing business letters and invoicing anymore. All my clients get emailed automatically, and they love how simple it is to use. You could pay for a premium version if you want, but I recommend giving the free version a try before shelling out any money. I would like more flexibility when sending emails. For example - allow users to select from multiple email addresses or even specify which recipients will receive an email. Right now only one address gets sent, regardless of whether there's more than 1 recipient. If this was fixed, then I'd consider paying for the pro version.
Pros
- Allows you to create automated workflows
- Free version gives you plenty of time to figure things out and decide if you'll stick with it
- A powerful tool, especially since it does the administrative stuff for you
Cons
- There are only two templates available (no option to add our own)
- There's no automation for things like updating contacts, tracking sales leads, etc.
- Not very intuitive UI
