Let me start by reading some of those reviews that give these packed lunches 1 star and complain that they don't keep the food cold. I'm convinced these people are considering the wrong lunch bag because, my goodness, this is by far the best lunch bag I've ever used. Last night I cooked my lunch; Flour tortilla wrap with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and diced chicken with spicy chicken sauce. When I was done I wrapped it in foil and put the bitch in the fridge for about 12 hours. I woke up the next morning, tossed my backpack with two ice packs in my lunch bag because every cooler I've ever had has always gotten at least a little warm on the way to work. I went to work, took my lunch bag to the fridge and stuffed it in. By the time it was time for lunch he had been in his lunch bag for about 5 hours. I anxiously unwrapped my wrapper and took a bite. Movie is frozen! Every drop of moisture left in the lettuce, onions and tomatoes turned into freezing mud. The only things that weren't frozen were the flour tortilla, sauce, and chicken, although they were all pretty cold. After collecting dust in my work drawer for the past two years, I'm amazed that my food not only stayed cold, but got even colder. Now, before you say that putting the bag in a working fridge probably kept the packaging in the lunch bag cold, while the outside of the bag was cold, it wasn't anywhere near as cold as the inside of the bag. I bet if I left this package in my lunch bag for another 2 hours I could put it by my office window to smash in case of an office fire and get me to safety. You have been warned about the insane insulation of these bags. Thank you to the company for making the best packed lunches I have ever used. The only comment I would have is that it would be nice if they expanded the color space.
