In reality, it is used as if it were a traditional hard drive, with its contents being partitioned and used to install and test one's very own custom operating system, built from the ground up using the most recent stable releases of Ubuntu, Debian, etc. The computer features 8 nuclear Intel processors and 16 megabytes of random access memory. To begin with, the card gracefully handles practically any load; nevertheless, the write speed is a bit slower than we would like; for example, I've written files to it using a paddle of 50+ GB at a time, tested various encryption/decryption methods, etc.; however, don't forget, it's just an SSD!
