Review on Lisle 51250 Spark Plug Puller by Angel Cortez

While this tool has a lot of potential and can generally work well, it's too cheaply made. During the first use, I was able to loosen the first 4 plug wires on my 6-cylinder Explorer by gently pulling, but the metal shaft of the tool detached from the plastic handle on the fifth wire sheath. Upon examining the shank of the tool, it could be seen that the end that was in the handle was not flattened or turned to prevent it from being pulled out of the molded body. I'm a retired school shop teacher with a lot of experience with tools, handle and shaft design on this junk! Lisle is considered a worthy brand, or at least it was. After this experience I will not be buying their products again and recommend you think twice. Would like to speak to you from Lisle if you're listening.
