This bluetooth headset with mic boom comes in a very nice packaging and has everything to use it including charging case, USB-C cable, good instructions and some extras Headphones two styles, a cool extra bag for everything and of course the box itself. It's very easy to connect to your phone or computer via bluetooth and charge for use in a bag. It charges from one end via the contacts while lying down, and the battery in the case itself charges it even if it's not charged and the case is already charged. There are several blue indicators on the case that show the charging status. The Bvuletooth device hangs on one ear and can be used on either side. It twists and turns to fit many ear shapes and doesn't fit in the ear like some. The controls are on the back and can be pressed with your fingertip to change volume and other functions. All in all it worked fine. for its intended purpose. It's not very loud, so no problem. It can be hard to hear in a very noisy environment, but I think it's made less for music and more for an office or other job where you can use it to make tasks and conversations a lot easier, and now, since homework is becoming very popular, such an article could make it much easier. For the price I like it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a basic Bluetooth headset with a mic.
