Soft material stripped threads
Bolted to refrigerant bottle. The glass kept spinning (I pushed very lightly with my arthritic fingers - certainly not with force) and fell. Upon examination, it was found that there was very little thread left and the fitting was made of the softest material imaginable. The thread on the bank was completely intact. This device is indeed a joke that looks like a real instrument. Good for an April Fool's joke I guess.
