Review on 2560 Digital Freezer Thermometer, Digital Refrigerator Thermometer - Optimal Cold Storage Thermometer with Digital Display and Temperature Memory by Nikki Huang

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very accurate, easy to read thermometer

I recently purchased 4 Cooper-Atkins 2560 Fridge/Freezer Thermometers for my kitchen and garage and have been very happy with the accuracy. After delivery I put all 4 on the kitchen table to cool with the shipping temperature close to 100 degrees. After 15 minutes all 4 thermometers were four tenths of a degree apart and about as close to my Honeywell indoor/outdoor thermometer. I then placed all four in the fridge and then the freezer, all registering within 1 degree of each other. The large digital display is easy to read, even when it's on the back of the fridge. I agree with other reviewers' complaints that the minus sign is too far from the numbers, but it's easy to read once you get used to it. The only real complaint I have is that the product has to come with a small suction cup that attaches to the back of the fridge. While the stand works well, the block easily hides behind food in the fridge and the hook on the stand is useless as fridges aren't made with wire shelves anymore. I ended up with small suction cups that made it possible to place them on the back wall of the fridge and hang the thermometer on the suction cup using the hook on the stand.

Cons
  • Weak
