The bristles are so hard that it is impossible to wash dishes.

The bristles are terrible. They are incredibly stiff and inflexible, it is impossible to wash dishes without strong pressure. And the bristles are permanently discolored from the first use. I threw it away after my first try and went back to the OXO Dishwashing Brush. I thought they were great based on the reviews and I was tempted by the price but they are not worth the money and hassle. I wonder if they get good reviews from some people who have never used a higher quality product.
