It was really easy to use. It fit in my backpack so I could take it as hand luggage. I put all my small toiletries in a clear plastic container and then put them in the bottom pocket of this one. I just posted this as I was going through security. They had no problem getting through the security system. The mesh top was perfect for storing my injections. Again, I didn't have any security issues as you could easily see this part and it was open. The center part is the perfect spot for some feminine products if needed.
