Wrong size in the list

They are listed as a size 5-7 for a boy so I bought these for my 11 year old son with size 5.5 sneakers and they are tiny. They squeeze his calf. I checked my orders and the receipt says "(10 toddlers - 3 toddlers))" but the actual listing doesn't show that anywhere.
