I bought this to attach my stroller's wheel to the frame to prevent theft in parks, places where I can't take my stroller and in prevent amusement parks. . It's a perfect connection that I wrapped twice around the frame and locked when not in use. Then when I need it, I just unlock it, thread it through the wheel and lock it. This is the perfect length as it runs from the frame through the wheel and locks into place and there is no extra wiggle room for someone trying to push the stroller. It arrived with a weird smell (it kind of smelled like chemicals/oil) but I opened the package and let it sit for a couple of days and everything was fine. The instructions are really tiny and hard to read/understand as they're just pictures, but anyone with a little common sense can figure out how to change the combo yourself. All in all I would buy it again and will probably buy another one for another stroller.
