I am hard of hearing, have tried many different devices and spent a lot of money only to get very frustrated, I have to watch TV a lot out loud. But don't trust me anymore, I know what I'm talking about when I say this headset works great as long as your TV is Bluetooth enabled and works great with my iPhone too. Haven't tried it as a hearing aid yet as they advertise when you speak in the room but for me the most important thing was being able to work with my TV and not having to sit here with large crowds of headphones or headphones with this device plugged into my ear can i hear my tv clearly and still hear everything around me i cannot praise this product enough it has really changed my life in the short time i have had it, when i bought it i have seen other products like advertised like this product for less money but i don't care because i have this product. I have tested it. I know it works so I will not return it and risk the next product working for less money. There is no doubt that if you are hard of hearing and other people live with you and the volume of the TV bothers you, this product is worth the investment ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ FYI if you don't like putting things around your neck, you can do what I do sometimes and put it on the armrest of a chair or somewhere near you. At the same time, it's quite easy, I have problems with my neck and it doesn't bother me at all, and I watch TV for hours.
