I was having trouble pairing this device with my Samsung 20. After that happened, it also never calculated heart rate, sleep, steps or anything, including time. It wasn't worth bothering about, although I tried my best to install it properly. I'm sending it back and not investing in a replacement. (The graphics were terrible, so that was disappointing too.)
